New Delhi, 8 February 2026: Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) in its 100-year celebrations turned into a full-circle moment where legacy met now. The evening opened with a Mashal procession. Alumni from every era flooded back, swapping stories, revisiting classrooms, and reconnecting with the campus that once shaped their grind. From the judiciary, governance, corporate leadership, media, and creative industries, SRCC’s alumni lineup proved why the college still runs the power circuits of India.

Among those present were Justice (Retd.) Arjun Sikri, former Supreme Court judge; Rajat Sharma, Chairman and Editor-in-Chief, India TV; former MP and Minister Vijay Goel; senior IAS and IPS officers; top lawyers; corporate leaders; and familiar faces from media and films.
Welcoming the assembly, Prof. Simrit Kaur, Principal, SRCC, said the centenary is about more than dates and buildings.

“This is about identity. Past, present and future batches coming together under one name SRCC,” he said.
Ravi Gupta, Deputy President, and Sushil Aggarwal, Secretary, SRCC Alumni Association, stressed that alumni engagement today goes beyond meet-and-greet moments, focusing on mentorship, collaboration and giving back to students.
Reflecting on SRCC’s impact, Justice (Retd.) Arjun Sikri said the college teaches more than commerce.
“SRCC teaches you how to think, question and act with integrity — lessons that quietly shape your entire life,” he said.
